海口旅游投资控股集团成立于2005 年 7月25日，是海口市大型国有企业，注册资金1 ．5 亿。公司现设有总经理办公室、项目发展部、工程部、财务部、营销推广部、人事质检部、审计稽核部等七个主要部门及 “一园两湖”项目部等相关项目部，同时公司还拥有海南展位面积最大的海口会展中心、蜚声全国的海口假日海滩及海口国际旅游会展公司、假日海滩经营管理公司、海口市中国旅行社等下属企业。目前公司已启动白沙门生态教育公园（占地 700 余亩）的规划和建设、海口市中心 “一园两湖”环境综合整治项目（占地约 37 公顷 ）、海口市西海岸体育休闲长廊、海口会展中心二期配套项目及其它多项资产的接管、重组工作。集团大力 推行国际质量管理体系， 强调科学规范 管理，集团本部、海口会展中心、假日海滩已于 4 月 5 日 全部通过了 ISO9001:2000 质量管理体系认证。
　　公司同时兼有策划、组织大型旅游节庆活动和会展活动的职能，目前已成功承办了 2005 海口城市形象推介会（北京）、2005 全国健美操锦标赛等大型活动，并圆满完成了 2005 年中国（海口）冬季农副产品交易会、361 °2006 秋冬新品发布会等多项大型展会的场馆保障工作。
　　 作为海口市相关旅游资产最大的经营、管理、融资平台，海旅集团将以国有大型旅游投资开发者的身份，继续以政府规划为基础，以市场为导向，紧扣城市旅游化改造、旅游资源整合、精品旅游景区打造、大型活动策划组织 等 四大主题，力争通过自身的努力，在海口旅游资源开发和旅游产业发展中发挥龙头作用，带动海口旅游产业规模扩张与产业升级。
　　 Established on July 25 ，2005 with a registered capital of RMB Yuan 150 million, HTIH is one of the largest state owned enterprises in Haikou City . There are 7 departments, namely the General Manager's Office, Project Development Dept., Engineering Dept., Finance Dept., Marketing Dept., H.R. & Q.C. Dept. and Audit Dept., and also such specific project departments as of the People's Park, East & West Lakes . Its subsidiary companies include China ( Haikou ) Travel Service, Haikou International Travel & Expo Company (Administering the Haikou Expo&Conference Center—the only one in Haikou )and Holiday Beach Administration Company (administering the Haikou Holiday Beach ). Meanwhile, HTIH has begun the planning and construction of Baishamen Environmental Education Park of over 46.7 hectares and initiated the take-over and reform of the environmental upgrading projects of the People's Park, East & West Lakes of a total 37 hectares in the city hub, the Sports & Leisure Zone in West Coast of Haikou, and the second-phased subordinate projects of Haikou Expo & Conference Center. As a result of its effort in applying international quality management systems to the daily operation, the HTIH head office, Haikou Expo & Conference Center and Holiday Beach , in April 2006, fulfilled all required standards in the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and obtained relevant certificates.
　　 The service HTIH offers also includes planning and organizing festivities, activities and exhibitions. So far, it has undertaken such events as the 2005' City Image Expo for Haikou(in Beijing),2005 China Fitness Gymnastics Championship and has completed maintenance and assistance work for the 2005' China（Haikou） Trade Fair of Agricultural Produces and Byproducts (Winter Session)and 2006'Autumn&Winter New Arrivals Release Conference of 361 °Fashion.
　　 As the biggest platform of operation, management and finance for the tourism assets of Haikou as well as a powerful state owned tourism investor and eveloper, HTIH will mainly concentrate on the four tasks of creating a city of tourism, reorganizing tourism resources, forming quality scenery spots and planning and organizing Activities with far-reaching influence based on governmental guidance and market rules. We endeavor to play a leading role in the durative expansion and development of the tourist industry of Haikou .
